Ms. Weaver - First Grade

Former stay at home mom, Barbara Jo has been a full-time teacher at Christ Methodist Day School since 2007. She received her Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Tennessee with a Concentration in Early Childhood Education. Barbara Jo later earned a Masters in Educational Psychology and Research from Union University where she was member of Kappa Delta Pi Honor Society. She is certified in Kindergarten through 8th grade and has teaching experience in 1st, 3rd, 4th, and 7th grades as well as Science Lab and the Connections program.
Barbara Jo was born and raised in Ripley, Tennessee and has one daughter, Kate. Her hobbies include cooking, gardening, traveling and spending time with her family!
