  Mrs. Pruett came to Christ Methodist Day School thirty years agoand has been a beloved teacher ever since.  She was born in Greenwood, Mississippi, earned a Bachelor of Science Degree at the University of Mississippi, attended the Universities of Maryland, Auburn, and attained her Masters of Education Degree from the University of Memphis.  Mrs. Pruett holds the honor of being Who's Who Among America's Teachers in 2002, 2004, and 2005.  She is a former member of Kappa Delta Pi, a National Honor Society in Education.
