"For the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go." Joshua 1:9

Mrs. Gundlach joined the team of Christ Methodist Day School in 2004 after being a stay-at-home mom for 12 years. She previously enjoyed a career in real estate management and marketing. Having held the position of Director of Marketing and Staff Development for Fogelmann Properties.  She has served on the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation Board as Communications Committee Chairperson, the Executive Children's Council at Christ United Methodist Church, and a past board member of Christ Methodist Day School.  Mrs. Gundlach grew up in Pocahontas, Arkansas and attended college at Arkansas State University. However, she has lived in Memphis all of her adult life.

Avid cook; Mrs. Gundlach and her husband, Steve Conley, enjoy preparing dinner together nightly and are always trying new adventurous recipes. They love spending time with friends and traveling.  She also enjoys spending time with the "joy of her life", Aimee, who graduated from White Station High School in 2009 and is attending The University of Memphis. Aimee attended Christ Methodist Day School from her preschool years until her graduation in 2003. During that time Mrs. Gundlach fell in love with the school while volunteering in many capacities. She considers Christ Methodist one of God's most precious gifts and most positive influences on her family.
