     Mrs. Mary Cheairs teaches first through sixth graders in the Science Lab.  She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from Millsaps College and a Master’s Degree in Instruction and Curriculum from The University of Memphis.  She is an active member of Christ United Methodist Church. Mrs. Cheairs has twelve years experience in the education profession.  In addition to her time at Christ Methodist she has taught second, third, and sixth grades with the Mississippi School System. 

Mrs. Cheairs and her husband, Thomas, have a young son named William.  While not busy teaching, Mrs. Cheairs enjoys exercising, and spending time with her family.
