Mrs. Barbara Albright Email: balbright@cmdsmemphis.org "This is the day the Lord has made, let us rejoice and be glad in it." -Psalm 118:24 Mrs. Barbara Albright was born and raised in Memphis, Tennessee. She graduated from White Station High School and earned her Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Alabama. Prior to joining our staff at Christ Methodist Day School, Mrs. Albright taught at Sherwood Elementary and at Woodland Presbyterian Schools. She has spent the past eighteen years at Christ Methodist Day School where she has taught grades four through sixth specializing in English, Language Arts, and Teaching Differentiated Learning. Mrs. Albright is a member of Second Presbyterian Church where she serves on the Women of the Church Council. She is also a member of the Woman's Exchange Board and various other civic groups. For the past thirty-nine years Mrs. Albright has been married to George William Albright. They have two grown children, Jennifer, who is a Counselor and Art Therapist in Memphis and John who is a Director of Media and Public Releationsfor a school system in Colorado. Mrs. Albright is also the proud grandmother of Maddox John and Ivy Grace. She enjoys traveling to Denver to visit John, Nicole, Maddox, and Ivy. Mrs. Albright likes helping each student reach his/her maximum potential in all areas of life.
