ONLINE APPLICATION FOR ADMISSION

In addition to submitting this online form, you must also mail the Records Release Form and $75 Application Fee to the Day School Office at 411 S. Grove Park, Memphis, TN 38117. The application will not be complete until all materials have been received.

PRIORITY ADMITTANCE CRITERIA:
Applications received before January 1 of the entrance year will be considered in the following order...
Siblings (CUMC members, then all others)
Christ United Methodist Church members
Applicants currently enrolled at Christ Methodist PDO or Day Care

AGE GUIDELINES:
PreK students must be 3 years old before June 1 of the entrance year, JrK students must be 4, SrK students must be 5 and First Graders must be 6

ADMISSIONS TESTING AND RECOMMENDATIONS:
All applicants will be evaluated as part of the Admissions Process. Christ Methodist Day School has my permission to contact my child’s current or previous schools for teacher recommendations and records. Teacher recommendations and Admission Testing are confidential and not accessible to parents.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
If I refuse an available opening or decide to postpone admission to the following school year, I can request this application be moved up once before I must reapply. It is my responsibility to notify the Christ Methodist Admissions Office of any changes in information on this application. CMDS Administration reserves the right to determine the gender ratio of a class and change priority admittance criteria.
